SCK Suspension is locally owned, operated, and located in the mountains of Fraser, Colorado. Our key service areas are the town of Winter Park, Trestle Bike Park, Winter Park Resort, Fraser, and Grand County.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get my suspension to the shop?
We currently offer multiple drop off/pick up options.
- Hideaway Park Brewery, Winter Park - Drop off and pick up your suspension components labeled with name or order number with one of the bartenders. SCK Suspension will handle it from here. Enjoy a free beer or drink on us when picking up an order containing at least one 200hr - full rebuild.
- SCK Suspension Shop, Fraser - Schedule a time via text message to drop off and pick up your order. The shop is generally closed for the weekend with the exception of expedited orders or other special circumstances. We are flexible, so reach out with any questions.
- Doorstep Service - Schedule a time for us to pick up your bike or suspension components at your door. Available via appointment in Fraser, Winter Park, and Trestle/base area. Doorstep service will be charged an add-on fee of $40. Full bike pickup will be charged an additional fee (see below).
*We are not a full service bike shop. If you do not feel comfortable or do not have the tools to remove your shock and/or fork, you can drop off your full bike at our shop location. Hideaway Park Brewery does not accept full bike drop off. Full bike drop offs will be charged an add-on fee of $40.
What are the current turn-around times?
Current turn around on most orders is 2-3 business days. We also offer overnight or same day expedited service for an additional $80 per suspension component. Overnight service is subject to parts and mechanic availability. Expedited orders dropped by 5 pm will be completed by 10 am the following day. Orders received by 10 am will be completed by 5 pm the same day. Please confirm any expedited orders via text or phone.
What types of suspension do you support?

What services are available?
SCK Suspension offers two type of standard maintenance service as well as repairs, custom tuning, and aftermarket parts installation.
- 50 hour / Lower Leg Service - The 50 hour service includes new wiper seals, foam rings, air shaft seals, and lower leg bath oil. Many bike shops who offer this service skip the air shaft seals. This is a great value for a quick refresh!
- 200 hour / Yearly / Full Service - The 200 hour service includes everything in the 50 hour service plus a full damper rebuild. This is recommended once a year to prevent damage from dirt and contaminated oil. The service also fixes most common damper issues.
- Repairs - most air leak, oil leak, and damper issues are solved with a 200 hr rebuild. However, some issues could be caused by broken shafts, shims, etc. once we get your suspension opened up we can provide a better estimate for any additional parts and labor that are needed. Repair timelines may vary.

Do you have a warranty?
We offer a 30 day warranty on work performed. If you have any issues with the work performed within 30 days, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
