Yearly service or every 200 hours is essential for most RockShox and Fox Forks. Our suspension maintenance services include everything in the 50H service, plus a comprehensive air spring and damper rebuild, ensuring optimal suspension maintenance and tuning.

Only available for certain shocks, our bike repair services can help you with suspension maintenance. Remember to replace the wiper seal and air chamber oil for optimal suspension tuning.

For optimal performance, consider yearly service or every 200 hours for your bike repair services. This applies to Fox models such as DPS, DPX2, Float X, and the 2025 and older DHX/DHX2, as well as RockShox models like SidLuxe, Deluxe, and SuperDeluxe. Our suspension maintenance includes a full rebuild, which encompasses all seals, damper, oil, vacuum bleed, and nitrogen charge to ensure your suspension tuning is precise.

Higher parts and labor costs are incurred for "premium" shocks, such as the Fox: X2 and 2026+ DHX2, as well as RockShox: Vivid. These higher costs can also reflect the need for specialized bike repair services, particularly when it comes to suspension maintenance and tuning.

Ohlins air and coil shocks are essential for optimal bike performance. When considering proprietary shocks such as Trek Thru, Scott Nude, and LiveValve, it's important to also focus on bike repair services and suspension maintenance to ensure they operate at their best. There will be an additional charge if you drop off your full bike for service, including bike repair services and suspension maintenance, which is assessed on a per-bike basis.

An additional charge applies for the pickup and drop-off of your full bike from your doorstep, which includes a full bike charge. This service, essential for ensuring your bike repair services, is only available within 10 road miles of the shop and is ideal for those needing suspension maintenance or suspension tuning.

Additional charge for expedited bike repair services (per-item). For overnight service, drop off by 5pm and pick it up at 11 am the next day. For same-day service, drop it off by 10am and pick it up at 6pm. Please note that this is subject to parts and technician availability. Repairs that involve suspension maintenance or suspension tuning beyond a full rebuild may not be able to be expedited.
