Bike Suspension Services and Pricing

For maximum performance and part of the regular maintenance interval, we inspect your fork,  replace wiper seals, foam rings, and bath oil.

Includes 50H service plus everything you need to make you fork feel crazy smooth!  

+ Air Spring Service - One of the most important things to make your fork feel smooth.  You won't get this with a general bike shop suspension service.

+ Burnish Bushings - We see a ton of bushings that are too tight from the factory.  This service will improve small bump compliance and make forks that have always felt harsh feel like they should.

+ Damper inspection

200H full service is recommended yearly or every 200 hours of ride time.  Our suspension maintenance services include everything in the 50H service, plus a comprehensive air spring and damper rebuild, ensuring  your suspension is running like new or better.

Higher parts and labor costs are incurred for "premium" forks, such as Ohlins, DVO, Cane Creek, MRP, and other forks with specialty features such as remote lockout.

200H full service is recommended yearly or every 200 hours of ride time. This applies to Fox models such as DPS, DPX2, Float X, and the 2025 and older DHX/DHX2, as well as RockShox models like SidLuxe, Deluxe, and SuperDeluxe. Our suspension maintenance includes a full rebuild, which encompasses all seals, damper rebuild, oil, vacuum bleed, and nitrogen charge to ensure your suspension is running like new or better.

Higher parts and labor costs are incurred for "premium" shocks, such as the Fox: X2 and 2026+ DHX2, as well as RockShox: Vivid Air. 

Higher parts and labor costs are incurred for shocks such as Ohlins, DVO, Cane Creek, MRP, and other shocks with specialty features such as remote lockout.

There will be an additional charge if you drop off your full bike for fork and shock service.

An additional charge applies for the pickup and drop-off of your full bike from your doorstep. This service is only available within 10 road miles of the shop.

Additional charge for expedited suspension maintenance and repair services (per-item). For overnight service, drop off by 5pm and pick it up at 11 am the next day. For same-day service, drop it off by 10am and pick it up at 6pm. Please note that this is subject to parts and technician availability. Repairs that involve suspension maintenance or suspension tuning beyond a full rebuild may not be able to be expedited.

Out-of-spec and tight fork bushings can lead to harsh small bump compliance and overall decreased smoothness. Bushing burnishing may allow us to properly fit the bushings, reducing friction and ultimately enhancing the ride feel.

For optimal performance, it's essential to clean and grease the Yeti Infinity Link bushings as part of your suspension maintenance routine.
